*How do I track the shipment of an order?

Once the order has been shipped, you can check the Order section in the Quyastyle website. It will have the Track option. The tracking ID is also messaged to you from Quyastyle SMS handle.

*What is the duration of the shipment?

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped by the supplier in 1-2 days. It will be delivered within 4-6 days from shipment.

*What happens if a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery?

If a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery, then the order is considered as cancelled and returned to the supplier.

*Can I specify or change the delivery date?

Yes, you can change the delivery date or re-schedule it at a time our courier boy called you. Tell them to delivered your order as per your convenient date or time. So they will do it needful. 

*Do you ship outside India?

No, we do not offer this option at this time.
